Late Arrivals
Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment and full charges will apply.

Cancellation
Please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for scheduled services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged in full.
